scars show my past
darkness is my life
shortness of breath

the demons in my mind
Anger in my eyes
hate fills the skies
tears fall like raindrops
they pour from my eyes

what does it mean to be good enough

forgetting the past is hard

but i know the future is so bright

because you are my friend.

nothing i do is good enough for you,

you say you love me but i doubt you do,

all you do is say nothing but hate.

and you wonder why i'm depressed all the time.
